Due to the continuing expansion across Africa, the company needs to appoint an outstanding General Manager to help shape the future strategy and direction of the business.

Responsibilities will include:

Setting up and implementing strategy for East and Southern Africa
Interacting and negotiating with executives and senior figures within industry and government
Utilising all available resources to manage and achieve ambitious goal
Developing an outstanding team that will deliver optimal market penetration

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following attributes:

Presently holding a senior General Manager or senior Sales position in an multinational technology corporation
Ability to demonstrate outstanding skills in the following areas; sales and business development, human capital development, business relationship and presentation skills and an understanding of IT
Excellent academic track record, preferably possessing a Master’s Degree
Keen interest in returning to the African continent
